Featuring two of Sydney’s best young country artists Lozz Benson and Blake Dantier – who also happen to work together in their own honkytonk band – but we have them joining the mighty Hillbilly Heaven Band and bringing their brand of country music straight to you!
Lozz Benson
Lozz Benson is a highly sought-after session musician and multi-instrumentalist. Her talent has been recognised by numerous artists who have enlisted her to contribute to their music. She has toured and performed with industry giants such as John Butler, Angus and Julia Stone, The Wiggles, Kate Ceberano, Missy Higgins, Paul Kelly and Marcia Hines. In the country scene, Lozz showcased her drumming talent alongside a roster of esteemed artists, including Troy Cassar-Daley, Duncan Toombs, Luke O'Shea, Jamie Lindsay, and Matt Ward. Her show ‘Women of Country’ garnered critical acclaim, earning a coveted spot on Double J's list of "most unmissable shows at Tamworth.”
Blake Dantier
Blake’s 2023 album “Dry Season” is a masterclass of country singing, songwriting and production. He’ll be pulling some gems from that album along with covers of other artists like George Strait, Alan Jackson and Brook & Dunn. Australia’s answer to 90’s American country music!
