YOUNGER HEROES
We are proud to partner with Younger Heroes this ANZAC Day.
The Younger Heroes program focuses on nurturing family relationships and supports participants, including parents and children, who may have experienced prolonged periods away from their families due to their employment, such as military service.
Set in a natural environment and working on a combination of fireside chats, workshops, and fun activities, the TYH Program equips participants with the tools and strategies they need to strengthen their family bonds. By addressing the unique challenges faced by parents who have been separated from their families, the program helps them rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster a sense of belonging. Ultimately, the TYH Program aims to create a supportive and nurturing environment where families can thrive and grow together.
Younger Heroes is seeking nominations for participation in the programs, each catering to 10 families (parents and children) aged between 9 and 15, with flexibility for younger or older participants on a case-by-case basis. The Younger Heroes team consists of facilitators, support staff and health professionals with extensive experience in supporting individuals and families, through delivering high-quality, experiential and interactive/fun programs.
If you or a family you know would like to participate in the Younger Heroes program, please fill out the enquiry form linked below.
